The Role –

  • Marketing   Client Focus
  • Sales/Business Generation Activity for billing your own desk
  • Develop new clients in the designated industry sector or discipline & secure job orders from new and existing clients
  • Actively develop knowledge of assigned niche market to enable you to generate business and business pipeline, through canvass calling, use of marketing, networking and lead generation Sell retained and contingency search assignments to new and existing clients
  • Write and place professional and effective job advertisements to attract candidates
  • Stay abreast of competition activities, industry practices and opportunities in the recruitment business
  • Use marketing tools to generate business & develop current client relationships to ensure that at all times they receive the best service possible and to maximize business opportunity
  • Develop and maintain an effective database and Use marketing tools to generate business
  • Stay focused on targets and maximise revenue generation for self and business

 

Recruiting Candidate Focus

  • Develop and maintain an effective database for Antal Placeable Candidates (APCs)
  • Source, develop and manage candidate relationships within chosen competency
  • Stay focused on the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Manage recruitment process from start to finish Collaborate with Antal offices across the globe to maximize sharing business whilst promoting sharing of knowledge about clients and candidates
  • Develop and adhere to approved policies and procedures
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Managing Partner

The Person –

1‐7 years work experience in sales/ business development within the following domains of Engineering & SCM, Finance and Accounts, Management Consulting,

Knowledge of recruitment is beneficial but not mandatory
