The Role: For this position you will need to lead the workforce admin team to secure operations and team engagement on a day-to-day basis and to meet the decided objectives, targets and metrics; drive change by leading the team through transformations and by ensuring organizational readiness; drive continuous improvements and standardization for Workforce process including use of operational KPI and other measures and processes; ensure delivery according to customer and process requirements (ie: SLA)

Requirements: 6 years of HR experience in an MNC; HR shared service is a must. Good command over English; Postgraduate and MBA degree is an advantage.
