Ramita Tejpal is a renaissance woman with keen interest in art, literature and education. Her first degree in Biotechnology and masters in Business Management helps her gain perspective in her work. Although settled in London, she is still very much a Punjabi woman who is getting used to be called ‘boss’. She is also a lecturer of entrepreneurship and business management in UK higher education. She has an extensive interest in Creative Management and Corporate Entrepreneurship. Her research experience extends from the BBC to various other corporations.
