Office Manager/PR Marketing Manager

Our core is providing a variety of clients ranging from Fortune 500, MNCs, SMEs and local firms with newly qualified Singaporean/ Singapore PR holder candidates who have demonstrated unique marketing skills,  studies at bachelor level, are biligual and therefore have the ability to operate both locally and internationally . Our consultants are discipline and sector specialists therefore command a thorough understanding of our client’s recruitment challenges in the region with a comprehensive understanding of disciplines and the sectors/ industries

The Role –

Currently we seek to welcome an Office Manager/PR Marketing Manager to our Singapore team. The individual will be passionate about designing their career and growing with us and will be empowered with coordinating day to day administrative duties and building/developing our PR and marketing activities for the medium to long term

Our Singapore team is experiencing an exciting expansion plan and requires a professional with the ability and hunger to cover the following tasks

• Coordinating reports
• Monitoring key performance indicators
• Assisting with financial projects
• General administration duties
• Internal recruitment /involvement in business expansion
• Handling PR projects/ social activities

The Person –

• Bachelor Degree Holder
• At least 3 years of Administrations experience
• Hands on and able to hit deadlines
• Proactive individual who gets things done
• Enjoys being creative and suggesting new ideas to improve business processes
• Energetic and can do approach to work
• Fluent English (written and verbal ) ability
