F&A Manager

The Role–

• 1. Lead India F&A team to achieve Kemira corporate compliance
• 2. Maintain/supervise local/IFRS G/L bookkeeping
• 3. ensure quality, on time reports to Kemira group for India legal entities
• 4. assist local management on business reporting and analysis
• 5. coordinate statutory/group audit with external/internal auditors
• 6. facilitate budget process with help from segments & function departments
• 7. work closely with segment head and other departments to meet the statutory requirements
• 8. cooperate with Corporate treasury, tax and other relevant departments on financing, tax filing and other issues

• 1. Have 5 more years experience in multi-national companies.
• 2. Managerial experience is important for success in this position.
• 3. SAP implementation experience and JV management experience highly preferable
• 4. Familiar with IFRS. Chartered accountant is highly preferred
• 5. Indian public company experience is a bonus
• 6. Good communication skill in English. Speaking and writing
• 7. Self motivated. Can work under pressure.
