The Role –

  • Drive Marketing (ATL & BTL ) ,Positioning , Promotion ,and strategic business operations and Sales for the Group
  • To set up and manage a strong Distribution network – pan India
  • Develop and execute a Business plan to maximize revenue, etc
  • Should have independently managing pan India – Distribution led FMCG/Durables /Consumer Electronics type Business Operation (Turnover of min. 100-500 Crores)
  • Should have demonstrated sales team management and leadership experience with a track record of consistent and exemplary achievements
  • Experience in a complex sales environment, managing large and demanding Distribution network.
  • Self-starter with Decisive problem-solving ability.
  • Experience in implementing and successfully driving a high-touch, indirect channel sales model in addition to direct sales.
  • Should be able to drive sales hands on.
  • Must have the Ability to Quickly Scale-up Operations , Closely monitor & manage the Team, Strong emphasis on Team work , Self driven to be accountable for Deliverables.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and entrepreneurial individual with a desire to tackle challenging opportunities.
