The Company –
This European market leader is dedicated to the field of compaction technology and manufacturing construction equipment for customers throughout the Asia Pacific region.
They are currently seeking an Application Engineer to be based in Singapore. The role will assume responsibility for supporting customers in all civil engineering questions involved with operating machines on projects.
The Role –
The successful applicant will communicate with customers, staff and dealers educating them with application knowledge and coordinate training sessions and seminars and deliver speeches to stakeholder groups. They will enjoy interacting with magazine publishers and trading bodies and submitting trade publications and articles.
The Person –
- Bachelor degree holder.
- 5-10 years Application Engineering experience.
- Ideally 5 years heavy equipment experience – construction, mining, agriculture or automotive equipment.
- Hands on and proactive approach to work.
- Articulate individual at ease with public speaking and delivering seminars to stakeholder groups.
- Training experience highly desirable.
- Fluent English verbal and written skills essential.
