espite massive populations, Team India and Team Pakistan barely created a ripple in the medals table. Are people of South Asian descent no good at sport (other than cricket!)? Do they only do well as accountants, doctors and management consultants and is there no hope of a career in sport? Or is it the inequality in sports that keeps the Brown kids out?

Brendon Batson, the former footballer (he was a pioneering black player for West Bromwich Albion) now a FA consultant and chairman of Sporting Equals and Derek Wyatt, former England rugby international and a former Labour MP discuss the inequality in sports. While Dil Neiyyar, a senior news reporter for the BBC Asian Network and Baljit Rihal, founder of Asian Football Awards tackle the questions of South Asian cultural influences while in conversation with Mihir Bose, AGI (Asian Global Impact) Sport Columnist.
