H&M Gets Russo’s Fashion Shower

Infused with glamour, dripping in gold, and known for her excess is best attitude, Anna Dello Russo was born to create H&M’s newest accessory line.

talian born Japanese editor-at-large and creative consultant for Vogue Japan, Anna Dello Russo is the embodiment of EuroAsian glamour.  Known as the most photographed street-styler in the world, her attitude towards fashion is a golden explosion of over the top glamour, withthe tagline “excess is sexy.”  As a woman of great style a, Anna Dello Russo sees fashion as declaring your, “sense of freedom, joy, and excitement.”

With her innate ability to capture the unexpected, her H&M accessories “Fashion Shower” commercial and launch party at Paris’ famous club, Paradis Latin, was Russo’s eccentric projection of a world equivalent to a fashionable Oz.  Greeted by her very own AdR munchkins, clad in the collection’s gold diamond studded sunglasses and latex, the launch party was a magical display of fantasy. While there was cabaret and a performance by Azealia Banks, nothing-distracted partygoers from Russo descending from above in a pink petaled heart shaped carriage.  Wearing a glamorously fitted turquoise dress dripping in gold and diamonds, she appeared to the audience much like Oz’s Glinda, the good witch.
