Victoria Burrows is a freelance writer specialising in food and travel. She was born in Wales, grew up in South Africa, studied in England, lived and worked in Hong Kong, and is now based in New Delhi. For three years she was editor of the food magazine of the South China Morning Post’, food magazine, Good Eating, and has contributed to publications such as ‘Asia Businessweek’, ‘Business Traveller UK’ & ‘Asia-Pacific’, ‘Asia Tatler’, ‘Elite Traveler’
private jet magazine Asia, ‘Time Out Hong Kong’, and ‘Travel + Leisure India’.
